Welcome to Gigi & Loulou. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders

All pieces are handmade to order.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received (by card on the website or via TWINT).
Personalisation requests must be communicated at the time of ordering.

Production time is usually 5-10 business days, depending on the order size and customisation.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us — we will do our best to prioritise.
Deliveries are made via Swiss Post. Shipping costs are added to the order total.

Since each piece is handmade and often personalised, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or colour.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item arrives with a defect or becomes faulty (for example, a seam opens or a button comes loose), we will gladly repair it free of charge or, if repair is not possible, issue a voucher for the value of the item.
- Please notify us within 30 days of delivery if there is a problem.
- To arrange a repair or voucher, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.
- Shipping costs to return the faulty item are the responsibility of the customer. Once received, we will repair or process your voucher at no extra charge.
- Repairs will be handled within 1 month after delivery.
We believe in longevity: our pieces are made to be loved, worn, and passed on — and we’re committed to making sure they last.

All Gigi & Loulou pieces can be washed 30 degrees with your regular program.
All Gigi & Loulou pieces can be ironed (except if specifically mentioned differently) at a low to medium iron heat.
Following these ensures longevity.
Gigi & Loulou is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect care.

Products are made with care, but adult supervision is recommended for all children’s clothing and accessories.
Gigi & Loulou is not liable for misuse of the products.

Customer data is used only for processing orders and will not be shared with third parties.
