​Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

  • During busy periods (holidays, special collections), processing may take a little longer – we will always keep you updated.​

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Switzerland): 2–4 business days after processing

  • Local Pickup (near Zurich): Free of charge — available by appointment. We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time once your order is ready.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local postal services or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Switzerland: 4.5CHF

  • Free shipping may apply on orders over 100€ – check our current offers at checkout.

    • ​Local pickup: free

Tracking Your Order

​

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can follow your parcel’s journey until it arrives at your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages

​

  • We carefully pack all orders to avoid damage during shipping.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gigiandloulou.ch We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
