Refund Policy
At Gigi & Loulou, each item is made with care, just for you. Because our products are made-to-order or personalized, we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only possible in exceptional cases (returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or colour are excluded) and after consultation with our team.

If accepted, the maximum value for a return or exchange will always be based on the current product price at the time of return.

Shipping costs for any return are the responsibility of the customer.

If an exchange is not possible or desired, the value may be refunded in the form of a Gigi & Loulou voucher.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

f you receive an item with a defect (e.g. seam opening, button coming loose, wrong item sent), please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept complaints.

If the defect is confirmed, we will happily repair your item or issue a voucher if repair is not possible.

Shipping costs to return a faulty item are the customer’s responsibility. Repairs are free of charge, and we aim to handle them within 1 month of receiving the item.
